When should I book my vacation photographer?

We suggest you book 1 week in advance in order to properly plan with your photographer. We will try our best and accommodate any last-minute bookings.

How many people can be part of the photoshoot?

The ideal is 1-6 person, please contact us via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or chat before you made a booking if you want to have more than 6 persons be part of the photoshoot.

How do I pay?

At the time of booking, you can choose to pay a 5% deposit during booking online (by credit card via PayPal) and the remaining 95% of the balance when you meet the photographer.

Are there any extra costs or fees?

There are no extra costs or fees at checkout, except the photo shot requires some extra traveling for the photographer or any kind of entrance fees, that extra costs must be paid by you on the day of the photoshoot.

When and how will I receive the photos?

Your vacation photos will be ready and be delivered in high-resolution format (JPG 4800 x 3200 pixels) within 5 working days after the photoshoot. Your photographer will select the photos according to professional judgment and doing professional retouch, and they will be uploaded to the online private album where you can download without any extra costs or fees.

What's the refund policy?

  • 5% deposit amount is non-refundable.
  • If you paid the full amount during the online booking and you communicate your cancellation with us or your vacation photographer in writing at least 48 hours before the photo shots, we will offer a full refund (excluding a 5% deposit which is non-refundable).
  • No refund issued for a no-show at the coordinated meeting point and time.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can send an email or communicate in advance with your photographer for the arrangement.

What if there's bad weather condition?

We will continue our scheduled photo shot no matter if it's raining. Unless there's a tropical storm with signal No.8 - No.10 or any Rainstorm signal issued by Hong Kong Government. If it happens, you can re-schedule the booking without any extra fees or costs.
